arrived at there quite early.. sit inside the hall while waiting the chef to prepare the 'cold' kitchen. lol forget to take photo in hall. so no photos yeah =P (busy crapping XD)

then we went down and look from outside of the 'hot' kitchen. LOL

when it's empty.. cause early in the morning ma -.-

then we went to cold kitchen.. air-conditioned..lol..very cooling
i cant remember the chef name.. ><>< Chef May writing the ingredients and a little bit of procedure on the white board

abit surprise that we cant do it by ourself =.=

by the way.. this is the ingredients and little procedure to make food of the day.. lol
let's learn how to make cream puffffffffffff~

1st. add all the water , butter, sugar,salt..mix evenly.. lol

chef may fixing the mixer thingi..

telling us how long to mix the ingredients..and about adding eggs~

minimum around RM16 per bottle/litter


add a bit of vanilla extract..

then add icing sugar..

blenddddd

blend till stiff.. but not so stiff la.. just that it dont drip down from the hook thingi..
